How do I add a medication with reminders?
Go to your pet's profile → Health Records → Medications → Add Medication. Fill in the details and set up a medication schedule with specific times. These will automatically sync to your calendar.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Tap on Settings → Subscription to view Premium features and upgrade options. You can choose from Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans.
Can I manage multiple pets?
Yes! Free accounts can manage up to 2 pets. Premium accounts have unlimited pets. Add new pets from the Home screen or Settings.
How do I sync health events to my calendar?
Health events automatically sync to your device calendar when you grant calendar permissions. You can manage this in Settings → Notifications & Reminders → Device Calendar Sync.
How do I export my pet's health records?
Go to your pet's profile → tap the menu (•••) → Export Data. You can export as PDF (Premium required) or share individual records.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've purchased Premium on another device or reinstalled the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases to restore your Premium access.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account. Your account and data will be soft-deleted with a 30-day recovery period. You can restore it by signing in again within 30 days. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) for secure, reliable data storage. Your data is never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use the app offline?
Pet Care 360 requires an internet connection to sync your data across devices and ensure your pet's health records are always backed up. However, you can view previously loaded data offline.
What platforms are supported?
Pet Care 360 is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We recommend iOS 14+ or Android 8+ for the best experience.
