By accessing and using Pet Care 360 ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pet Care 360 is a mobile application designed to help pet owners organize and track their pets' health information, including:

• Vaccination records
• Medication schedules
• Veterinary visit history
• Laboratory results
• Health reminders
• Expense tracking

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Guest Mode

The App offers a Guest Mode that allows temporary use without creating an account. Data stored in Guest Mode:

• Is stored locally on your device
• Is not backed up to our servers
• May be lost if the app is uninstalled
• Can be migrated to a permanent account

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing is subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies
• You can cancel at any time through your device settings
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Care 360, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. We recommend regularly exporting your data.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Discontinue the service with notice
• Modify or remove features

You may terminate your account at any time through app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
